We have a very limited quantity of 5 year old Blanc that we have brought out from the cellar. Drinking wonderfully now, this will reward those looking to try something special.
Pale gold colour. On the nose a note of noble riesling-esque petroleum reduction, opening to ginger, lemongrass, mandarin, ripe melon and bergamot. The palate is tightly coiled and concentrated with bracing fresh-lime acidity and serious length.
Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites...
